These are beautifully light biscuits. They take flavour on really well, I tend to either do orange blossom or vanilla but lemon, lavender, cinnamon would be great too. I make these with my three year old nephew whenever I see him so they are really simple to make and great to make with children. They can be decorated with chocolate or anything you would like.
I’ve starting my sorting and packing ready for our big move to Norway. I have seemed to accumulate so much rubbish in just two years. I’m now trying to decide whether I am ready to start getting rid of university notes or to pack them and put into storage. It took my mum 30 years to throw hers away and she didn’t look at them once in that time so maybe I should just do it and keep the notes from only my favourite courses.
I’m looking forward to going to see my family in a couple of weeks and making these biscuits again with my nephew.
