Kale is back in the supermarket in Oslo! I haven’t had kale in quite a long time so I was very excited when I found it was back. I have been having a lot of smoothies and fruit juices recently but my favourite are vegetable juices. This is one of my new favourites.
I don’t juice for weight loss I just enjoy the boost of vitamins and minerals that juices provide. I especially like this one for the iron content.
- 4 handfuls kale
- 2 apples
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1.5 inches fresh ginger
- 1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
Prepare the fruit and vegetables according to your juicing machine instructions and juice!
