It’s January! I am not a believer in January detoxes and diets, I just continue eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruit and less cheese and chocolate. There is still a wealth of seasonal fruit and vegetables to enjoy so it doesn’t just have to be imported fruit and vegetables.
